1. How will you ensure LGBTQ+ people are fairly represented on advisory boards and commissions? Do you support the creation of an LGBTQ+ Liaison on staff to better communicate and represent LGBTQ+ issues within the City Manager's office?
   Support the creation of an LGBTQ+ liaison staff member for the City Managers office and will nominate individuals from the community as recommended by their organization. 

2. What will you do (or have you done) to address the affordable housing crisis that plagues Charlotte? What plans do you have to ensure Charlotte develops sustainably for future generations?
   Served as chairman of the City affordable housing committee and the COV-19 affordable housing Taskforce, advocated for Supported $50M bond referendum for affordable housing in 2022, advocated for downpayment assistance programs for 1st time home owners.

3. What actions do you support (or have you supported) to ensure people's jobs pay a wage sufficient enough to live and thrive in Charlotte? What next steps and investments do you support to strengthen the Corridors of Opportunity?
   To ensure every City employee has a base pay of $24/hr. Advocated for continuing funding for the Corridors within the 23/24 fiscal budget. 

4. What specific actions do you support (or have you supported) to address the racial inequities and lack of economic mobility in Charlotte?
   Supported and assisted the Mayors racial equity program, secured funding for Johnson C. Smith University, corridors of opportunity, the digital divide, and funding to identify employment opportunities for business leadership pipeline. 

5. What actions do you support (or have you supported) to create a transportation network that provides people with efficient, affordable, and timely options to get around the city? What steps do you believe are necessary to address the inefficiencies and safety issues with CATS?
   Supported as a member of the Charlotte transportation committee, support a regional transportation network, supportive of creating a transportation authority for the region. Constant dialogue with front line workers and drivers, support additional resources for safety measures, hiring new private security for the center and the transit. Work closely to hear the workers concerns to be a voice for them on City council.
